These terms govern your use of theminipress.com and the orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we charge your payment method and begin production. If we can't fulfill an order for any reason, we'll refund you in full and let you know.

Your photo uploads

When you upload photos to us, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a limited license to use those photos solely to produce and deliver your order. We do not claim ownership of your photos, and we do not share, publish, or sell them.

We reserve the right to decline to print any image that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. If we decline, we'll refund the order.

Production and shipping

Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your photos. Shipping times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages stolen after delivery.

Quality and accuracy

We do our best to match the color and cropping of your original photos, but printing will never be a pixel-perfect match. If your photos are low-resolution, blurry, or dark, the printed result will reflect that. See the Refund Policy for what happens if something arrives damaged or defective.

Intellectual property

The Mini Press name, logo, site copy, photography, and original design elements are ours. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.

Warranty disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Mini Press is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
