The Mini Press ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you visit theminipress.com, place an order, or contact us, and how we use and protect that information.

What we collect

Order information: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment details are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.
Photos you upload: the images you send us to print on your magnets. We use them to fulfill your order and keep a working copy long enough to reprint or troubleshoot. We do not sell, license, or publish your photos.
Contact form submissions: the details you share when asking about a custom or event order.
Basic site analytics: anonymous information about how people use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We use this to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your orders, answer your questions, send order-status and shipping emails, and improve our products. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary with the services we rely on to run the shop: Shopify (checkout and customer records), Cloudinary (secure photo storage while your order is in production), Placid (the print-sheet rendering service), Dropbox (where the final print files queue for us to press), and our shipping carrier. Each of those has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to service returns, warranties, and tax reporting (typically up to seven years). Uploaded photos are retained for at least 30 days after shipment in case of reprints, and then may be deleted.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact.minipress@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies required for the site and checkout to work, plus basic analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though checkout may not function correctly without them.

Children

The Mini Press is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
