Refund & Return Policy

Because every Mini Press order is custom-pressed from your photos, we can't resell returned items, and we don't offer refunds. What we do offer is a reprint, every time, until you love it. Your happiness with what we send matters more to us than anything.

Damaged or defective items

If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error that's on us, we'll reprint and reship your order at no cost. Email contact.minipress@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll get a new set in production right away.

Photo quality concerns

We do our best to make your prints look beautiful, but the final result depends on the photo you send. If a photo arrives dark, low-resolution, or out of focus, we'll reach out before pressing so you can swap it. If you're unsure about a photo before ordering, email us and we'll take a look.

Wrong item or wrong address

If we send the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you. If the order was shipped to the address you entered at checkout and that address is wrong, we can't cover the cost of a reship, but reach out and we'll work with you on the best path forward.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change an order any time before it enters production. Once we've started printing (usually within a few hours of uploading your photos), we can no longer change or cancel the order.

Returns

Because the magnets are personalized, we don't accept returns on unopened or unwanted orders, and we don't issue refunds. If something isn't right because of us, see "Damaged or defective items" above and we'll send you a fresh set.

Email contact.minipress@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and (if applicable) a photo. We read every message and reply within two business days.
